Health is something we often take for granted. We don;t even give it a thought until we feel under par. Today’s hectic lifestyle can lead to many health problems. Stress, fatigue and weight gain plague many people today and in fact often go hand in hand.
The modern diet is often deficient in key nutrients. Add to this the fact that some people just don’t absorb certain nutrients from their food and it is easy to see why this could become a problem. At times of high stress, the body has no reserves to draw upon and we are left feeling fatigued and low.
As well as the modern diet often being nutritionally poor, it is also very calorie rich. This is a terrible combination which can result in weight gain possibly coupled with fatigue. So if your energy levels are low, of course the last thing you even want to think about is exercise which of course can compound the problem.
